How do i get in touch with customer service?

When will i receive the gifts that i have earned?

When you feel you have earned a gift offered by our company then simply submit a gift request on our website. You will receive an email within 7-10 business days informing you of the status of your request. If the verification department has confirmed the completion of your qualified demos you will receive an approval email from us and then you may pick up your gifts at our office, located at 4725 Paris St # 300
Denver CO 80239 Monday-Thursday 11am-7pm, Friday 11am-4pm. If you are not local to the office, you may attend the next meet and greet in your area! Please contact the office at 720-668-1063 to make an appointment to get your gifts. Please be advised that gifts are given by appointment only. Thank you for all your hard work!

Why haven’t i received an email confirming my show booking?

Don't fret! We have more than likely received your booking & have already replied via email - we strive to reply to your requests as quickly as possible!
check your junk email folder before contacting us - however, if it has been more than 48 hours since you submitted your request or your requested showing is less then 24 hours from now and you still do not see a response, then please be sure to contact your rep & the marketing department asap!

How long is a rainbow presentation?

It really depends on your friends & family. As a general rule it takes approximately 1. 5 hours to show everything the rainbow can do. However, as you know from your own demo & sale, a full demo with questions and all attachments shown, usually takes more than 2 hours to complete, especially if they decide to keep a rainbow. Planning on times your friends & family do not have strict plans following the show is always best. Let them know that “it’s about an hour & a half to show you but it’s longer if you have questions, and let’s plan to hang out afterwards and catch up. ” also, remind your family & friends that it’s going to be a lot of fun!

What is a standby appointment?

Standby is like a standby airline flight. Standby means all available reps have been booked; however, please don’t let standby discourage you from booking a demo on that particular date. We book demos on standby because we do have cancellations almost every day and we offer standby spot so that if anything cancels we can still get you in! When cancellations happen it leaves an opening for our customers who have booked standby shows. If we have a cancellation, we will move your appointment from standby to confirmed and we will let you know immediately. If you do not hear from us, it means we have not had an opening yet so we encourage you please do not cancel your showing yet. If you’re flexible and wish to keep the standby slot, we really appreciate it, and we will let you know as soon as possible. If you not hear from us within a reasonable amount of time before your show then please feel free to send in a new appointment for another date/time and we will do our best to confirm that spot. Thanks so much!

What if i have an unqualified person that is willing to see the rainbow demo?

For example, may have a single person, someone renting an apartment or a condo, or someone over the age of 60 that is willing to do a demo, and they may even be interested in a rainbow. You are welcome to book shows outside of our qualifications. If you book a show outside of our qualifications then they must keep it for it to count. If they keep a rainbow then it will count as a qualified demo for you. However, if you run an unqualified show and they do not keep the rainbow then you will have to replace it will not count as a demo on your program.

What if i need to change an appointment date or time?

In the event that you have scheduled an appointment and for any reason you need to change the day or the time, you must submit a new appointment for that customer. Please be sure to notate that you are rescheduling this appointment and give us the original date and time that you are rescheduling from. Thank you for your bookings and keep them coming!

Do authorized rainbow distributors sell the rainbow home cleaning system on the internet, and can i safely purchase a rainbow online?

No, we do not sell over the internet. Authorized rainbow distributors sell the rainbow home cleaning system exclusively through in-home demonstrations. Importantly, only rainbow products sold by authorized rainbow distributors in the home come with an authorized warranty. Rainbow products purchased through unauthorized channels, including the internet, are not covered by an authorized warranty. In addition, there is no guarantee that products sold on the internet are either new or genuine rainbow products. Do not make the costly mistake of buying through unauthorized channels!

What's covered under the warranty?

Rexair provides, a written four (4) year warranty on the Rainbow and attached accessories and an eight (8) year warranty on the vacuum cleaner motor/electronic controller. These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear arising from usage of products, such as belts, HEPA Neutralizer, etc.

How often do I change the HEPA Neutralizer?

It is recommended that you have an Authorized Rainbow Service Center inspect your HEPA Neutralizer after two years of use. After five years of use, the HEPA Neutralizer should be replaced (by an Authorized Service Center) to ensure your Rainbow performs its best.
